It's so nice that Cody was able to put the wall back together again! Van and Cody helped tear out the wall before the AC people came otherwise they would have charged us extra for the labor. Now we just need to do a little cosmetic work on it and it will look just like new!

This Cost How Much!??
A couple of weeks ago we were having problems with our AC. Living in Arizona that is not good news especially during the summertime! One night our AC stopped working and luckily we were able to go to my in-laws to get relief. Now the only downside was that it needed to be replaced. Living in our Townhouse our AC is comprised of two units. The compressor that is outside our house and the "handler" aka the thing that makes the air cold, that is located upstairs. Two years ago we had to replace the compressor (it died on us while I was pregnant with Wyatt during the month of May....Yes, I remember exactly when it happened!) The AC guy told us that the upstairs unit would probably need to be replaced immediately as well. He didn't think it would last through the summer. Well it did.... for two years. The compressor cost us about $2,000 to replaced. The Handler cost $3,200 to replaced. Apparently someone thinks we are made of money!! If that is the case, Cody is doing a real good job of hiding it from me! (j/k). Well I guess that is the downside of owning your own place.
